Domestic Shipping Policy 

 

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders causing is a delay in shipments, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary depending on weight of item, size of item and location of the shipping destination. Every item may vary in shipping cost and will be calculated at check-out.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Alchemized Nature is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages

Alchemized Nature is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping service to file a claim. 

Please save all damaged goods and packaging materials before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout.
