Returns and Refunds

Because of the intimate nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns.

If there is a problem with you order, please contact us at alchemized.nature@gmail.com or fill out a contact form here and we will do our best to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or in an unexpected state, we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis and only after the item has been returned. Simply contact us here and we will get your order sorted. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment. Please allow time for the refund to process back on your card, if there are any issues please contact your bank first. If you still have not received your refund, please email us at alchemized.nature@gmail.com or contact us here.

Repairs

Email us at alchemized.nature@gmail.com or fill out a contact form here if you are in need of a repair. We will come to an agreed upon price and time frame, depending what is needed.

Our intention is for our jewelry to last a life time, please take care. Remember to take it off before entering water, sleeping, and physical activity.
